The Elkska Galaxy Confederacy (EGC) also know as LAPAAP (Lizard Allies Protection and Affiliated Planets) is a highly advanced technocratic alliance of interstellar civilizations centered in the Elkska Galaxy. It is led and dominated by the Lizards, a powerful species that rose from the hypergravity world of Lizard-953-E. The Confederacy is known for its pursuit of cosmic engineering, post-biological transcendence, and strategic colonization of stellar systems.
