These aliens are a type of mammal. They have two arms and two legs that are from People-888.
They have two eyes which sit gracefully in their sockets and can often make them appear to be withdrawn. Their eyesight is horrible.
Their huge mouths and lack of a visible nose often make these aliens appear to be cautious, but looks can be deceiving.
Their ears are small and stubby and their hearing is bad. They also have two stubby horns on their heels.
Their skin is very thin, but not very strong. It's covered short, curly hairs.
Their skin colors are mostly tan, brown, light orange and dark tan, which tend to become lighter as they age.
The males are usually more impulsive than their female counter part and their colors are lighter. The females, however, are usually the same in strength. There primary enemy is the Lizards.
The People are a robust and diverse alien race, characterized by their soft, rounded forms and vibrant skin tones that range from deep blues to bright greens. In their culture, obesity is celebrated as the highest form of beauty, symbolizing wealth, prosperity, and a life rich in resources. Their bodies are adorned with intricate markings and bioluminescent patterns that glow softly in the dark, showcasing their individuality and social standing. The People believe that larger bodies are a testament to a good life, where food is plentiful and health is abundant.
Traditionally, their society revolved around grand feasts and communal gatherings, where food is a central theme. Celebrations often feature an array of dishes that highlight their agricultural prowess, fostering a deep connection to their land and food. This cultural emphasis on abundance has shaped their values, with larger individuals often seen as leaders and nurturers, reflecting their ability to provide for others. However, this harmonious existence began to crumble when a series of devastating natural disasters struck their homeland, leading to a severe scarcity of resources. The People, once generous and welcoming, became increasingly distrustful of outsiders, particularly the Lizards, whom they perceived as rivals for the dwindling resources. This mistrust grew into hostility as the Lizards' technological advancements were viewed as a threat to their survival.
As desperation took hold, a cycle of violence erupted. The People began to see Arynn and his disassembly drones as harbingers of doom, believing that their existence threatened the very essence of their culture. This conflict was exacerbated by the manipulation of narratives within both societies, with each side painting the other as monstrous and untrustworthy.
Now, the clash between Arynn's drones and the People is not merely a physical confrontation but a battle of ideologies, where the celebration of abundance and the struggle for survival collide, fueling a deep-seated hatred that perpetuates the cycle of violence.
